The Great Lakes Genomics Center offers a variety of services to aid in your research which include sequencing on an Illumina MiSeq or NovaSeq, PacBio Sequel II sequencing, quantitative PCR and digital droplet PCR, nucleic acid extractions and QC. We offer various level of service from full service to ready to sequencing. We will also train researchers in laboratory techniques and provide protocols. Our goal is to assist you with your research however we can and will consider special projects if they support the mission of our center.
Each sequencing project and digital PCR project is unique and specifically designed. We recommend contacting us to discuss experimental design before collecting samples.
