GLGC has four Eppendorf Mastercycler Pro traditional thermocyclers that can be used for PCR, cloning, cycle sequencing and gene expression studies. These cyclers utilize specialized technologies that ensure fast consistent ramp rates and reduced evaporation of reactions, and gradient blocks with SteadySlope® technology.
New users must be trained by GLGC staff.
